A lively brand telling stories

This project resulted from a fruitful collaboration between Fabrica and TinBob. While Fabrica conceived the name and logo of The Space Cinema – the biggest Italian movie theatre chain and cinematographic network, TinBob implemented the logo animation video.

Born out of the joint partnership between Medusa e Warner Village, The Space Cinema boasts over 24 movie theatres and 242 auditoria all over the territory. The logo concept originated from the idea of framing the audience, which becomes the protagonist. It is a lively brand telling stories: it changes, it animates, it suggests.

Making of

An extract from the original take. The aim was to obtain an image as close to a vectorial icon as possible, starting from the live shot. Once filmed, all characters were completely redesigned by using the rotoscoping technique.
